On the second day of Christmas, my true love drank with me: Two Caramel Apple Martinis.

When I think of holiday desserts, I think of gooey, sugary warmth, like hot caramel drizzled over a sinful slice of cake or a crisp apple. Emperor at the Linden's caramel apple martini takes that idea, liquifies it and pours it into a glass. The lime green concoction tastes just like an apple martini, but every swallow reveals an underlying hint of that deliciously sticky, gooey treat I've come to love.
