The Oktoberfest Block Party on Sept. 18 was a festive closer to a raging outdoor party season in Hartford. The party transformed the city streets into a German food court and beer garden with 18 specialty beers, including Blue Point Oktoberfest, Jack’s Pumpkin Spice Ale, Sam Adams' Oktoberfest, Long Trail Harvest, Harpoon Cider and many more. Participating bars and restaurants include the Pour House, Agave, Black Bear, NV, Coach's, One Eleven, Pig's Eye, Pour House, Taven Downtown, Up Or On The Rocks and The Palace
