The eats
Hardy, filling pub grub with a south-of-the-border twist dominates the menu at the Margarita Grille. You’ll find loaded Lone Star Nachos, fajita egg rolls and house-made guac with tri-colored tortilla chips on the Starters menu. There are also bountiful salads like the Warm Fajita Cobb Salad—a generous bed of romaine hearts loaded with diced tomatoes, white beans, artichoke hearts, black olives, bleu cheese crumbles and roasted red peppers.
Burritos come stuffed with everything from plain old rice, black beans and a Southwestern cheese blend to barbecue pulled pork. There's even one filled beyond capacity with the house-made Wild West Chili. Entrees include a 10 oz. “coal-fired” filet mignon, a grilled ahi tuna loin marinated in tequila, Triple Sec and sour mix, and “smokin’’ Memphis-style baby back ribs.
But the “Famous Sizzling” fajitas are the kitchen’s specialty, available with seasonal fresh veggies, sautéed shrimp, the day’s grilled fish, chicken, filet mignon or a chicken and steak combo (pictured).
