Operating since 1997, the Thomas Hooker Brew Company handcrafts beers from the finest malts, hops and essential ingredients. The new facility in Bloomfield hosts an open house the first and third Friday of each month in addition to weekly tours and tastings Saturdays from noon-6 p.m.
