Forget Christmas. Halloween is the most wonderful time of the year. When else can you let loose and dress up as someone else (even at work), eat tons of sugar and party like it’s 1999? Unfortunately, all of these things—costumes, candy, booze and parties—can drain the bank account faster than you can say: “Boo.”
