Fishing guide, Blaine Anderson, of Newington, lowers a bait fish into a hole in the ice at White Oak Pond in Wethersfield. The line is attached to the tip-up he is holding in his left hand which will sit on the ice over the hole and release the orange flag when a fish bites alerting Anderson to a catch.
