The Greater Hartford Arts Council hosted its first Cultural Crawl at some of Hartford's hottest restaurants May 28 to celebrate the arts and culture in the capital city. Participants roamed the streets downtown taking in great local art and music while enjoying drink and food specials at The Russell, Dulce, Tapas Downtown, Agave and The Tavern Downtown.
