Penguin Plunge 2009

These penguins were "freezin' for a reason" Feb. 21 at the annual Special Olympics Connecticut fundraising event at Crystal Lake in Middletown. A minimum donation of $50 was required to take the plunge—crazy costume optional. Even CT Attorney General Richard Blumenthal got in on the fun.
