It’s a moviegoing cliché: guys will only see a comedic "boy meets girl" story when their dates drag them kicking and screaming. True or not, Hollywood always seems to be seeking ways to overcome that box office-limiting "men are from Mars, women are from Venus" mentality.
One solution? Conceive romantic comedies from the male perspective, keeping the testosterone level high enough that guys can feel like the movie has been made just for them.
