After a five-year tour hiatus, So-Cal rockers blink-182 took to the stage of a sold-out Comcast Theatre Aug. 29 for an emotional set just one day after the passing of good friend DJ AM. Blink-182 drummer Travis Barker and Adam Goldstein, better known as DJ AM, both made complete recoveries after a September 2008 plane crash that took four lives.
Weezer, Taking Back Sunday and Chester French supported.
T-Mobile Sidekick upped the ante for fans in Hartford with a live interactive experience for fans to enjoy during the performances including a social networking bar with Twitter, Facebook and MySpace to keep their friends up to date on all the happenings at the concert.
