Five Guys does only two things—burgers and fries—but it does them well. Burgers are large, hand-formed patties made from fresh, not frozen, ground beef. Fries are hot, crisp and salty. Burgers are available in two sizes—"little," which translates into one substantial patty, and "regular," which features two patties. Toppings consist of mayo, relish, raw and fried onions, sautéed mushrooms, ketchup, mustard, green and jalapeño peppers, hot sauce, A-1 sauce, barbecue sauce, tomatoes and pickles.
