Junior’s Restaurant and Bakery—known to most Brooklynites simply as Junior’s—is the restaurant's first location outside the state of New York. Junior’s offers up the sort of hearty, stick-to-your-ribs breakfast, lunch and dinner fare, served piping hot from the griddle, that you'd expect to find at a traditional New York-style deli. Founded in 1950 as a humble delicatessen on the corner of Flatbush and Dekalb Avenues in Brooklyn, Junior's soon became known as home of the "World's Most Fabulous Cheesecake."
