Owner/Chef Sunil Malhotra aspires to make every dinning experience at New Orleans Restaurant unique. Malhotra is adamant about mixing all his own spice combinations (whereas, he claims, most Cajun restaurants tend to rely on pre-made concoctions), and although Cajun and Creole fare dominates the menu, Malhotra also tries to put his own personal, distinctive touch on each and every dish served.
