Not your typical Indian takeout joint, this new Indian eatery, directly across from the Emperor at the Linden, is a rarity in the Hartford area for two reasons. First, Indian cuisine is not exactly abundant in this area to begin with. Second, Masala’s is of a far higher class than the few other Indian restaurants that do call the area home. At Masala’s, you can enjoy a leisurely, intimate, upscale dinner, either for two with a romantic leaning to it, or with a group. A casual bar area adds to the pleasing ambiance.
