Five Guys does two things - burgers and fries - and does them well. Burgers are large hand-formed patties made from fresh, not frozen, ground beef. Fries are hot, crisp and salty. Burgers are available in two sizes - "little," which translates to one substantial patty, and "regular," which features two patties. Toppings consist of mayo, relish, raw and fried onions, sautéed mushrooms, ketchup, mustard, green and jalapeño peppers, hot sauce, A-1 sauce, barbecue sauce, tomatoes and pickles.
