The noodles at East Melange arrived at the table with a variety of veggies and just the right amount of chicken. While the snow peas, carrots, mushrooms and celery added some diversity to the plate, the sauce was lacking: bland and over-gelatinous. Even if the noodles had held their crispiness, watching the sauce develop a translucent skin like a potpie that sat for too long was a little disconcerting.
