Firebox Restaurant is a new addition to Hartford’s upscale dining scene that specializes in contemporary American cuisine in a stylish setting. Both the wine list and seasonal menu will impress the adventurous diners. Chef Jason Collin made a solid commitment to use local products whenever possible, which shows through in such enticing entrée selections as the locally grazed "Four Mile River Farms" burger, the "Day Boat" scallops or the fresh lobster perogis.
