Sabor is the nuevo Latino brother to Bespoke, the new restaurant from Arturo and Suzette Franco-Comacho who made their name in town with the former Roomba. Sabor and Bespoke share a series of dining spaces that verge on modernist works of art, from the candle-lit basement lounge to the wood and slate of the front bar to the mezzanine, roof-top patio and intimate room upstairs. Make a reservation, come early for appetizers at 4:30 p.m. and stay late for after-dinner drinks in the lounge.
