Billed as a "dim sum wine bar," Chow is a back-alley addition to the American contemporary restaurant Zinc from owner-and-chef team Donna Curran and Denise Appel. But Chow also stands on its own, offering light meals, choice wines, beer, cocktails, live music and cabaret in a cozy lounge atmosphere.
