Bonterra Italian Bistro
Downtown Southington is gradually becoming a dining mecca. The newest addition to its thriving restaurant scene is Bonterra Italian Bistro, owned by Barry DePaolo and wife Cheryl Moran, who also own Anthony Jack's Wood-Fired Grill. In a beautifully renovated space at the center of town, Bonterra serves Mediterranean fare such as grilled scallop risotto, house-made butternut squash ravioli and house-made pasta including fettuccine with seafood and pappardelle, wide noodles with braised beef short ribs. Add to that an extensive wine list and martini menu, and you've got quite the recipe for success.
