Known as much for quality Italian cuisine as it is for flashy tableside manners, Carbone's is an old Franklin Avenue institution. Some find the dining room décor a bit dark and stuffy, but its business hasn't suffered, and Carbone's is still the place to go for upscale Italian fare in the middle of Franklin Avenue.
