First & Last does best with traditional interpretations of Italian classics. The dining rooms are comfortable, rich with dark, varnished woods, exposed brick, and hundreds of photographs both historic and new. Overall, First and Last Tavern offers good food at reasonable prices in line with its other outposts in Hartford and Avon.
