Miga is in the spot that used to be occupied by Korea and Japan restaurant in East Hartford. The interior is practically identical to the old eatery, with some of the same artwork still adorning the walls. Miga's menu, however, is a little more elaborate, and a lot more inventive, than its predecessor. An array of authentic soups, stir-frys, noodle dishes and Korean-style entrees fill out one of the more elaborate Korean menus in the area. Miga has a relatively lengthy list of Korean liquors too (six varieties), including some interesting rice wines infused with fruit flavors. For the skeptical, there's a selection of sake, too!
