The Whole Enchilada is a shoreline chain serving fast, fresh Mexican food (enchiladas, of course, being the specialty). The Westbrook location, on the Boston Post Road just past the center of town, is little more than a takeout stop. In the spring and summer, however, several tables are set up outside for al fresco dining. The menu features vegetarian and vegan offerings in addition to more traditional Mexican fare.

Have been to the New Haven one as well. They are all about the same in taste/quality, not sure about price. The one in westbrook has good burritos ...
