The amazing series of dining spaces at Bespoke verge on modernist works of art, from the candle-lit basement lounge to the wood and slate of the front bar to the mezzanine, roof-top patio and intimate room upstairs. Owners Arturo and Suzette Franco-Comacho, who formerly ran the successful Roomba in downtown New Haven, have renovated and settled into this building on College Street with a new menu of contemporary American and global dishes, as well as a separate menu of nuevo Latino selections under the name Sabor. Make your reservations, come early for appetizers at 4:30 p.m. and stay late for after-dinner drinks in the lounge.
