Paella, a dish normally served in a large flat pan and meant to be eaten by more than one person, comes in individual portions at Barça (pictured). Sliced chorizo, clams, shrimp and scallops swim in moist and tender saffron rice with peas.
Other entrees include braised salt cod with caramelized onions in tomato emulsion and garlic oil; braised short ribs; grilled pork chop with caramelized orange marmalade and potato puree; and roasted red snapper with spinach and crispy prosciutto salad.
