Taking over a long-abandoned former fast-food outlet on busy Route 10, owner Rifiq Aziz spent months transforming the frenetic near-neon interior into a soothing bistro. Open ceilings, subdued colors and a few tasteful decorations have achieved that while still offering customers a clean, comfortable, unpretentious place to eat in or take out.
