Yes, the day Glas closed was sad—it's hard to see any restaurant serving good cuisine vanish. Thankfully, the fiery new establishment that opened in its place in October is more than just a replacement.

Tango was inspired by a collision of cultures that occurred when Italians settled in Argentina in the 1800s. Italian and Argentinean flavors spin through the restaurant's diverse menu of seafood, pasta and meat.

The result? Meals as intense as the dance for which the restaurant is named. Sabroso is all I have to say!
