Family owned and operated, the Mortensen's tradition dates back to 1915, when Elmer Mortensen founded the family business delivering milk door to door by horse and wagon. Mortensen's moved to its present location in 1976, and began making all their own homemade ice cream on the premises using only top quality ingredients with no additives or preservatives. With over 50 different varieties of ice cream alone to choose from, not to mention breakfast, lunch, dinner and other dessert items, a visit to Mortensen's is certain to please the entire family.
