Rosco's Big Dog serves dogs made from deluxe ham, deluxe beef, water, spices and sodium nitrate, all wrapped in a natural casing. Toppings include chili meat sauce and many of Rosco's other condiments, including cole slaw and hot-pepper relish, all made from scratch. Specialty dogs at Rosco's include the Dixie Dog (with cole slaw, chili meat sauce and celery salt) and the BBQ Pitbull (with barbecue sauce, hickory-smoked bacon and sautéed onions).
