This newest venture of restaurateur Rich Rosenthal and company is located just yards from sister restaurant Max Amore in Glastonbury's classy Somerset Square. The seventh restaurant of the area dynasty, Max Fish features upscale, trendy decor that partner Mark Conley describes as "french fish bistro" in the dining room and lounge, cleverly named "The Shark Bar." In addition to Max Restaurant Group's trademark attention to quality and inventiveness of cuisine, the new restaurant makes marked efforts at going "green," which include water recycling and the use of local produce whenever possible.
