Min Ghung Asian Bistro has everything dead on: food, service and, best of all, scene. An Asian Fusion restaurant, it's the kind of spot you'd expect to find in SoHo rather than Glastonbury. The bright red walls, globe light fixtures, stylish interior design and neon backlit sake display would be enough of a draw on their own. Add to that the spectacular menu: creative and innovative presentations of Japanese and Korean specialties, with an extensive selection of unique sushi rolls (try the Kill Bill and Geisha). And you're sure to want to sample one (or more?) of the 52 different sakes on the wine list. Shivering Devil's Tongue, anyone?
