Say "hi" to the carved wood bear greeting you on the way in, and nod to the shaggy friend framed above your booth. The four-legged theme of this small regional chain of restaurants and sports bars would seem to set the stage for an Old West feast, though the menu is mostly standard pub grub. Higher-end entrées include New York strip steak and pan-seared salmon. The décor is understated, but polished, with plenty of standing room by the bar for late-night socializing.
