The second of two restaurants located at the Water's Edge Resort and Spa, Sunset Bar & Grill has a significantly more laid back, easy going vibe than the more elegant and refined main restaurant, mainly because Sunset is comprised almost entirely of outdoor seating. So you can come straight from the beach or pool in shorts, sandals and shirt—as many dinners frequently do—and enjoy a menu comprised of salads, sandwiches, burgers, pizza, steaks and fresh seafood. Or lounge around the cabana bar at the side, sipping a drink or two while enjoying a picteresque view of the Long Island Sound.
