Nothing says summer bar like a bucket of clams and draft beers. Add in live music, a waterside view and friendly wait staff and you have a bar made for patrons to reap the benefits of summer. Everything is wood—from the large circular bar in the cocktail room to the tables and booths in the main dining area. The Crab Shack, which is the Crab Shell's small dockside bar, is extremely popular Thursday thru Sunday when live entertainment rocks the marina. According to one of the bartenders, people flood the dock of the marina making it hard to move at times. The shack also has a late-night menu of bar food snacks including mozzarella sticks, jalapeno poppers, buffalo wings and buckets of clams and oysters.
