This 1650 grist mill beside the Farmington River is now the site of an elegant restaurant run by Anthony and Kristine Giraulo. They kept the decor of the historic building as authentic as possible, with exposed beams and rustic walls, a grist mill wheel in the dining room and mill chains hanging from the ceiling. Mirrors and angles add dimension, and there's an up-close river view from most tables.
