Willimantic Brewing Company is all about the beer, so much so that the menu includes a primer on the brewing and tasting of the brewlicious beverage. Look for unique blends here—the kind of living microbrews you won't find in a package store. Located inside an old federal post office building, oak and plaster compose most of the roomy interior. High ceilings and well-placed tables lend a spacious air, yet the brewery never feels empty. And, though a popular spot for lovers of good beer, it's rarely uncomfortably packed.
