Where things left off last season: Coach Eric Taylor and wife Tami were still trying to juggle their careers, new baby and grumpy adolescent while remaining the all-time greatest married couple in TV history.
What's in store this season: Eric starts taking orders from Tami when she's appointed principal of Dillon High. Also, Smash and Street will hit the road halfway through the season.
Why you should still care: Metaphoric mountains were moved to give this show a third season. "FNL" is doing something right.
